These terms describe Neophron Drive accounts, transfers and subscriptions.
Who operates the service
Neophron Drive is in private beta. Operator and support details must be completed before public sales open.
Use the support page for service, billing and privacy requests. These terms apply when you create an account or use a transfer feature.
Your account and your files
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in methods secure. You must have permission to access and transfer the files you submit. You retain your rights to those files and authorize Neophron Drive to process them only to provide requested transfers and related support.
Neophron Drive transfers data to accounts you connect. It does not supply cloud storage. You are responsible for destination space, source availability, provider permissions and keeping copies of important files.
Transfers can fail or pause because a source changes, a token expires, a quota is reached or a provider becomes unavailable. Check the destination and the reported result before relying on a completed transfer.
Plans, payments and changes
The pricing page and checkout disclose the applicable allowance, recurring price and taxes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. A browser success page is not proof that allowance has been granted; the dashboard updates after payment verification.
Free usage already consumed in the current calendar month stays counted when the first paid allowance replaces it. Renewals create a new paid period. Upgrades preserve consumption, keep the renewal date and charge the full price difference for the additional allowance. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Allowances do not roll over.
Cancel through Billing before renewal to stop future charges. You keep the current paid allowance until the paid period ends. Failed renewal payments do not create a new allowance. Refunds, disputes and payment reversals can pause paid access for review.
For a billing error, duplicate charge or service problem, contact support with the invoice reference. Refund requests are reviewed with the payment provider and according to applicable consumer rights. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Metering and acceptable use
We count newly authorized file-byte ranges once per transfer. Retries of those ranges do not count twice. Partially sent or uncertain ranges stay counted; unused reservations are released when work is cancelled or finishes. The dashboard reports exact byte totals.
Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause transfers or restrict accounts to address abuse, payment problems or service-capacity incidents. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Leaving and changes to the service
You can disconnect cloud accounts and request account deletion in My account. Cancel any recurring subscription first. Files already delivered stay in your cloud. Our Privacy Policy explains records, providers and backups.
The beta may change and is not an archival or backup guarantee. Material changes to paid terms or allowances will be communicated before they take effect; existing plan identifiers are preserved rather than silently repurposed.
