Only transfer content you may use

Do not use Neophron Drive to access, distribute or store illegal content, infringe others’ rights, or transfer files without authorization. Do not use stolen accounts, tokens, cookies or credentials. Respect source websites’ and cloud providers’ rules.

Do not use transfers to attack systems

Do not submit links intended to reach private networks, server metadata, internal applications or devices you do not control. Do not use the service to spread malware, conduct phishing, overload another service or evade access controls or DRM.

Respect allowances and shared capacity

Do not create or cycle accounts to evade free allowances, manipulate payment notifications or usage records, automate abusive registrations, or deliberately overwhelm queues. Fair concurrency limits and a separate service-wide capacity limit apply.

Report a problem

Use the report page for abuse or copyright notices, and support for a security concern. Include the relevant transfer reference and a description; do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or unnecessary file contents.

We may stop transfers, suspend access or require review when necessary to investigate abuse. If we make a mistake, contact support for review.
