Does it use my internet connection?

Not for links. Our servers download the file and upload it to your cloud. Only uploads from your own device use your connection.

Which links work?

Direct file links work best, the kind that start a download straight away. Normal web pages, buttons that need a website login, and video sites such as YouTube are not supported.

Which clouds can I connect?

Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. You can connect several accounts and pick one for each transfer. OneDrive and Dropbox only give us access to our own app folder.

Can Neophron Drive see my files?

Only the files it saves for you. In Google Drive we ask for per-file access, so the rest of your Drive stays private. You can disconnect at any time.

Are transfers end-to-end encrypted?

No. Files pass through our servers' memory on the way to your cloud. Your cloud keys and saved transfer details are stored encrypted.
