What counts as transfer?
The size of the files we send into your cloud. 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes. If part of a file is retried, that part never counts twice.
What if I run out?
New transfers pause until your next month starts, or you can move to a bigger plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused transfer doesn't roll over.
Is storage included?
No. Files are stored in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, so you need enough space there.
The small print
- The Free allowance resets on the first day of each month (UTC). Paid allowances follow your billing period.
- Queued files reserve their size. Cancelling gives back what hasn't been sent.
- Available plan changes are shown in Billing.
- Direct download links work best. Pages behind a login, DRM and video sites aren't supported.
