Report abuse or copyright infringement.

Neophron Drive moves files into its users’ own cloud accounts. It does not publish or host files for others to download. If an account is using it to break the law or someone’s rights, tell us.

Where to send a report

Start the subject with Abuse or Copyright. Do not send passwords, email codes, API keys, cloud tokens or signed download links.

Copyright notice

Please include:

The work you believe is infringed, or a representative list.
The material and where it is: the download link or transfer reference you saw, and the date.
Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Other abuse

Malware, phishing, attacks on other systems, stolen accounts or attempts to get around our limits. Describe what happened and when, and include any transfer reference or link involved.

Security researchers: see our security.txt and do not test other people’s accounts.

What happens next

We review every complete report and may stop transfers, remove access to a connection or suspend the account involved while we look into it.
For a copyright notice we tell the account holder and pass on the notice without your private contact details unless the law requires otherwise.
An account holder who believes a notice is a mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address, with their contact details, the material concerned and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Files already saved in someone’s own cloud are under that cloud provider’s rules as well; you can also report them to Google, Microsoft or Dropbox directly.
